There is a 6 Hour Minimum Hire on all events unless otherwise agreed by the venue manager.
All hires include a Building Manager.
If your hire is for a show / ticketed event then there will be a further charge of £15 per hour (commercial/comunity) and will include: A Building Manager and a Technician (2x members of staff), Front of House Stewards, A Bar (all bar profits go to The Queens Hall Theatre), & with enough notice we will also advertise your event on our social media pages and website.
Photo Shoots / Promotional Videos
We can provide our venue for the above-listed prices for Band Photo Shoots or Music Promotion Videos please get in contact with the Theatre Manager Kester Hulland-Rumley Hulland-RumleyK@cranbrook.kent.sch.uk to discuss, we may also be able to offer a discount on these prices depending on the complexity of your requirements.
For Your Consideration
The hire period should be estimated to cover the whole period your company plans to use the Theatre, including setting up, rehearsals and performances, this can vary from 6 hours for a simple Conference to 12+ hours for a Performing Arts showcase, in some cases total hire costs can be reduced by arranging a “Pre-rig” where the Theatre will be set up to your specification prior to your arrival. Pre-rigs are charged at £30 per hour.
